Happy Monday Morning!

at least...sorta. Amanda is off to her first day of Band Camp....8 hours in this heat should give her a taste of what real work is. I know she is going to have fun but the next 2 weeks are probably going to leave her very tired and moody. With her gone all day that leaves me and Kimmy some time together, so toady we re cleaning house and running some errands.. then we are going to have a picnic lunch together.

I had a pretty good weekend, managed to get 2 more layouts done that I will post after I finish mopping the kitchen floor. Had a great time working with the Collage Press papers.

Will e back this afternoon with the layouts and hopefully some pics. Have a great Monday morning..what is left of it anyway.

Amanda had band practice early today so I have already been up for hours. laundry is caught up, dishwasher is emptied. I have edited a few photos and uploaded a few layouts.....hoping the sun stays out for awhile. might head to the mall this afternoon to do some back to school shopping.

Home from CHA!

I went to my first CHA this week and it was awesome....I can not wait to again. I had a blast with all the ACOT cherries at the meet and greet..how much fun were those red boa's??????? Do you think we will be invited back to Bahama Breeze after all the molting we did?????
Will hopefully post some pics later....have tons of layouts to post as well, but it is raining so I can't take any good pics. Hopefully, this afternoon will clear up a little.

I have to get to work this morning but wanted to get this layout for mixer 12 up before I left.. this week was an awesome color scheme..and i had lots of fun using my new Pebbles papers. .

A few new layouts to share

I managed to get a few alyouts done today...I have been very inspired this whole weekend and actuall got a lot of stuff accomplished. Like organizing some of my layout ideas and making a whle list of new title ideas... it feels good to be creative again ...it seems long it has been along time since I have had any real MOJO!!

So it has been a while again

I just can't do this blog thing very well while I am working so much...it should get better now that we are though busy season......I hope.





I have been trying to get some scrapping done and decided I would give mixer # 9 over at the


Mix it Up challenge blog a try.... you had to use something "recycled" on your layout. I used the wrapper to my favorite candy as the back layer for my flowers, and I also followed a the sketch...sorta.

Used lot of the new We R Memory Keepers Grandma;s Kitchen line on this one....I so love the colors in it.. can't wait to do more with it.

I had to work today, but stopped by Dollar Tree on my way and look wkat I found.....my all time favorite candy Tootsie roll Minis. I love love these. I only bought 2 boxes .......but I may have to go back and get more.
